- Essential cookies – keep the site secure and functional (no consent banner needed).
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) – measure traffic. IPs are anonymised and we use GA’s consent mode. You can opt‑out by installing the Google Analytics opt‑out browser add‑on.

4 How we share data
- Hosting & backups – our website is hosted on WordPress.com, operated by Automattic Inc. Website data may be stored on secure servers located in the UK or European Union.
- Email services – business email is provided through Titan Mail, supplied via our email hosting provider.
- Cloud storage & administration systems – limited client contact details, onboarding information and internal documents may be stored securely using Apple iCloud and Google services (including Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Drive) for administrative purposes.
- Payment processing – Stripe Payments UK Ltd processes card and Direct Debit payments. Zelah Solutions Ltd does not store full payment card details.
All third‑party providers process data under UK GDPR‑compliant terms.
We will never sell your information.
5 International transfers
Data is stored in the UK/EU. If we must transfer data outside the UK/EEA we will rely on an adequacy regulation or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6 Your rights
You may:
- Access the personal data we hold (a Subject Access Request);
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Erase data in certain circumstances;
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Port data you provided to us;
- Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing emails).
